A Quick Routine from The Gym of Basalt

Short on time? Don’t skip your workout or rush through some iteration of a workout you think is ‘better than nothing.’ Any exercise is actually better than nothing, but that doesn’t mean you should settle for a mediocre or ineffective routine just because you’re busy. I created this 10-minute, full body workout that produces awesome results. Its three keys to success: move from one exercise to the next in less than 60 seconds, do the full 20 reps (not 15 or 19), and use as much weight as possible.
