Seared Ahi Tuna with Mango Salsa

 Serves Four  + 1½ lbs center cut sashimi-grade ahi 
 tuna, tataki cut
+ 2 tbsp sesame oil
+ Sea salt
+ Freshly ground black pepper
  1 large ripe mango, diced
+ 2 tbsp chili oil
+ Juice of one lime
+ 2 tbsp red bell pepper, small dice
+ Dash sea salt and white pepper
